Before joining SAP, Kelli spent nine years as a partner in two successful Galveston real estate investment companies. This gives her the specialized knowledge and insight needed when dealing investment transactions.

As an island resident she is able to keep a close eye on the market. She knows when and where the value buys become available along with the inside track to the wholesale market. , and knows how to assist the close process to the client’s best interest.  

She has translated her understanding of commercial real estate into an analysis program specific for commercial deals. With this too she can tell a buyer at a glance if they will get the return on investment they are looking for. 

When taking a listing, she prepares in advance a complete package containing information that the savvy investor and their lender will want .  Kelli’s experience ranges from selling high-end primary and second homes to investor specials on to multifaceted commercial deals.
